Are you struggling right now? Are you hurting? Maybe confused? Are you feeling stressed/anxious? Have you experienced a loss/pain, that you don’t feel like other people understand? (Like losing someone to suicide). Maybe you’ve tried to talk to friends, or even another therapist, but just didn’t feel comfortable, or even supported. If you hear bits of yourself while reading this, then I can help. My goal is to create a space that is warm, encouraging, and non judgmental for clients; where it’s okay to cry and laugh as well. Humor has a place in therapy and is something I use as well!
