My clients (individuals and couples) come to me with challenges in their relationships, adjusting to life transitions, navigating the role of parenthood, and at times, the inexplicable feeling of emptiness or feeling alone. Often, anxiety and depression from all that life throws at us can manifest as self-defeating behavior and we become a version of ourselves that isn't our best.
