In my 10 years as a clinician, one thing stands out to me. We all need connection. With connection comes well-being but it also comes with inevitable conflict, change, and, loss. My goal as a therapist is to help you navigate your connections with others, yourself, and the world in order to create more peace, less suffering and well-being in your life. We are not broken even when we suffer, that is why my underlying approach to therapy is using the three modalities of unconditional positive regard, strengths-based solutions, and positive psychology. You will find sessions with me full of compassion, warmth, and light.
