About
I work with adult patients suffering from upper/lower GI conditions or symptoms, chronic pain conditions such as fibromyalgia/arthritis/back pain, and associated or co-occurring depression and anxiety symptoms. I offer a brief and practical evidence based approach. We work to increase purpose and quality of life while also creating space for emotional support. Licensed practitioner since 2007. Patients are active participants in treatment and often times will be given assignments between visits (consistent with a traditional CBT approach). I consult with the patient's medical team to coordinate care as needed.
