I have provided therapy and other therapeutic services for children and adolescents for over 10 years. I offer a strengths-based perspective and help to identify and build on your current strengths to meet your goals. I provide a peaceful and nonjudgmental space for you to explore your feelings and identify and navigate the challenges that you face. I work to find the style that meets your needs often integrating solution focused and dialectical models. I specialize in working with teens dealing with anger, anxiety, depression, and forming healthy relationships. I do work with those ages 8-30 however my specialty is adolescents.
