I am passionate about empowering individual to align actions with values in order to pursue an authentically-guided life. The therapeutic relationship provides an ideal setting to practice communication, curiosity, acceptance, and accountability necessary to change what is not working, but to also find enjoyment in life. I have clinical experience treating a variety of presentations/dual diagnoses in all ranges of acuity. In regards to performance consulting, I have worked with all levels of athletes and performers from a variety of performance realms, including dancers and musicians, as well as those in the business setting.
