Have you already tried traditional talk therapy and felt disappointed by it? Perhaps you are skeptical about trying therapy at all. Either way, I am here to help by holding a safe space for you to explore your inner world with the use of my favorite modalities: EMDR and IFS therapy. Many of the clients I work with suffer from trauma, anxiety, depression, PTSD, life transitions, and come from all walks of life. With clients, I have a compassionate approachable demeanor. Clients warm up to me quickly and I enjoy helping them to reach their goals.
