They want relief from daily symptoms of anxiety and depression as well as a never-ending struggle with people pleasing and perfectionism. Therapy should be a place where you feel safe to be your authentic self and supported every step of the way. View 5 Photos Sessions are focused specifically on your goals for healing, and I offer more than just talking; we incorporate the use of EMDR and/or ART, so you can heal as quickly and gently as possible.
