Sometimes we all just need someone to talk to. Someone with compassion and understanding. Someone who can help sort out what we really want out of life and how to get there. My goal in therapy is to help you talk through where you may be stuck, and help you figure out the best way for you to get your life back on track. I like to center therapy around identifying your personal values while utilizing a variety of skills to help you learn to live the full life you desire and deserve. Whether it's depression, anxiety, grief, life changes, or any number of issues, I hope I can be that listening ear for you and help guide you to discovering your best self. I believe that we all have the capacity for change and growth within us, and you do have the strength to get through your current struggles. I'd love to help you discover how.
