Hi there. I'm grateful you found me. You may be hitting bottom with behaviors that no longer serve you relationally, financially or emotionally or have been deeply impacted by someone who is acting out compulsively. As a person in long term recovery for over two decades, I've received support from some very special Therapists and am grateful to support others in the way that's helped me come to terms with life and my place in it; work that feeds my soul and shines the light on those dark places so many of us are challenged to step into alone. Together, we can explore, process and find healthy meaning of what's happened to you. I'm a Certified Sex Addiction Therapist and Betrayal Trauma Specialist through IITAP and APSATS, utilizing EFT, PACT, EMDR and IFS in my work with Individuals and Couples. While I can help with many issues, my specialty is trauma processing, compulsive sexual behaviors and the betrayal trauma that can accompany these confusing and disconnecting behaviors.
