Hello! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with extensive experience in mental health counseling, crisis intervention, and social services. I have dedicated over 10 years to supporting individuals and families facing significant challenges to include individuals with, depression, stress and anxiety, relationship issues, family conflicts, and trauma/abuse. Currently I am licensed in New Mexico, Texas, and Utah, I experience working in diverse settings, including the U.S. Air Force, the Veterans Affairs system, and other state entities. I have built my practice around my clinical expertise, empathy, and a solution-oriented approach. I have experience with providing different evidence based modalities to include CBT, DBT, PE, CPT, solution focused and supportive therapy. I help individuals with, depression, stress and anxiety, relationship issues, family conflicts, and trauma/abuse.
