I believe that change is possible- with support and a fresh game plan. I aim to create a safe, empathic environment to help my clients reach their goals, whatever they may be. I am a board certified and licensed professional counselor and supervisor. I offer telehealth sessions in both Louisiana and Texas. I am paneled with BCBS, HMO and PPO, Aetna Commercial, United Commercial, UMR, and Gilsbar for insurance.
