My counseling philosophy is to create a comforting, empathetic, and nonjudgmental environment for you to be your true self as you discuss your feelings and transition through the stages of growth and change. I practice an integrative approach of counseling that is based on the needs of my client. I frequently use CBT and Person-Centered therapy along with a variety of counseling techniques from other counseling theories. My goal is to give my clients the support, empowerment, and coping tools that they need to get through day to day and improve their overall mental health.
