Hello and Welcome, Serving the Denver metro areas, Evergreen & Lakewood for counseling services to adults ages 13 and older, supporting individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, OCD, phobias, behavioral & mental health challenges, and substance use disorders. My clinical approach is grounded in evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and Trauma-Informed Care. Prior to relocating to Colorado, I worked at the Texas Medical Center as a licensed counselor specializing in the treatment of substance use. I completed my clinical practicums and internships within the Texas Medical Center and went on to work as a licensed chemical dependency counselor (LCDC) for major hospitals, such as Memorial Hermann and The Harris Center for Mental Health and IDD.
