It is my belief that everyone is doing the best they can within their current abilities. As a therapist, I am here to provide validation and acceptance of your current abilities, and offer resources, support and collaboration in an effort to build on those skills and abilities. It is my goal to meet every patient where they are at and work with them to get them to where they want to be. I believe that tending to mental health in a judgment free environment is essential for personal growth and self-care, and that is the environment that I offer to each and every individual that I work with.
