I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, currently based in Colorado. I see clients statewide via telehealth. I work with a wide variety of individuals and most often utilize client-centered methods of talk therapy. The therapeutic approach I use with clients varies based on each client's unique needs. I specialize in trauma-focused, client-centered cognitive behavioral therapy. I have worked with a wide range of individuals throughout my career. My youngest client was 3 and my oldest in their 80s. However, I have found two specific populations of clients I work with best. The first being, the young child to young adult age range.
