I believe the most important aspect to finding a therapist is the connection you experience during that first session. I use a humorous, non judgmental, engaging and interactive style to assist you in exploring your difficulties and help you find new ways of coping with significant distress. I have a strong passion for my work and am able to treat a wide range of clients with anxiety, depression, abuse/trauma, addiction, relationships, and sexuality. I am a licensed mental health counselor and alcohol & drug counselor and have been in the field for over twenty years. I especially enjoy working with couples, those struggling with addictions and those who are exploring their sexuality.
