Hello! My name is Melissa, a LPC in Colorado. I specialize in helping clients learn new tools to help with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship struggles and PTSD. I am a veteran and been a military spouse for the last 24 years, so I have experience with active-duty Army and military spouses/families. I focus on providing evidence-based practices with culturally competent care to include, but not limited to, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) and Accelerated resolution therapy (ART).
