My promise is to “meet my clients where they’re at” and empower them. As a Licensed Social Worker I work with children and adults by providing both individual and couples counseling. I primarily utilize evidence based methods to include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma Therapy, Mindfulness Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Narrative Therapy and Psychodynamic Therapy amongst others to help you resolve some of life’s concerns. I offer solution to your life’s problems through us problem solving together. You hold the answers to your concerns, I’ll just help guide you to them.
