Starting therapy can feel both helpful and overwhelming- you may be ready for change but unsure where to begin. My goal is to create a warm, welcoming space where you can show up exactly as you are. I believe healing begins when we feel seen, heard, and accepted without judgement. I work with individuals from all walks of life, together, we'll explore what's holding you back and identify new ways to move forward with clarity and self-compassion. In our work, you'll be encouraged to embrace your authentic self- because you already hold the tools for growth within you. Therapy is simply a space to rediscover them.
