Mellow Mentality Therapy is located in the capital district and accepting new clients. We offer Equine Facilitated Psychotherapy where you can come and interact with horses on the ground (no riding involved!). This unique and non-traditional approach to therapy invites clients to embark on a journey to build confidence, enhance connection to yourself, others, and the world around you all while living in the present moment.
