My practice centers individual reclamation and collective liberation in ways that honor what you've survived, the season you're navigating and the life you want to create. I don't believe humans are broken, believing most pain stems from navigating harmful systems without enough safety and support. I'm passionate about developing practices that aid with value-alignment and help us practice accountability, repair, embodied consent and boundaries. I specialize in complex trauma/PTSD, insecure attachment, sexuality, gender identity, consent, boundaries, self-advocacy and religious abuse. I want to see us all safe and free.
