There are times in all of our lives when we find it difficult to find the answers we've been searching for, when our external world becomes so loud we can't hear that internal voice of wisdom. It can be during those times that a focused hour of introspection, conversation, and reflection can be helpful in finding the answers we've been unable to access by ourselves. My goal is to facilitate that search, whether the focus is relationships, life direction, grieving, or how to make life rewarding.
