I support individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD, grief, stress management, mood concerns, and identity development. My specialties include trauma-informed care, holistic therapy with somatic practices, and mindfulness-based approaches. I work with late adolescents, young adults, adults, and members of the LGBTQIA+ community!
