Many of my clients are faith-driven high achievers, adult children of immigrants, or cycle-breakers navigating stress, emotional exhaustion, or big transitions. My style is warm, relational, and grounded in both depth and practicality. As a Level 2 Restoration Therapist, I integrate trauma-informed tools, attachment-based insight, and emotionally safe faith integration for clients who desire it.
