I provide general individual therapy and also specialize in helping individuals navigate challenges related to sex and sexuality, empowering you to overcome the fear or shame that may be blocking you from the fulfilling sex life & relationships you desire. I offer support in the following areas: Anxiety or shame surrounding sexual experiences, exploration of gender identity & sexual orientation, navigating cultural, religious, & societal perspectives on sex, enhancing communication about sex & intimacy with partners, addressing mismatched sexual desires between partners, resolving relationship issues stemming from sexual problems. I provide individual therapy. I do not currently provide couples counseling.
