My hope is to provide a safe and accepting place for you to share difficult experiences, such as emotional and mental injuries. Sharing these heartaches with someone or asking for help can be difficult and overwhelming. Through the therapeutic relationship, I consider it an honor to partner with you on this journey toward healing. My experience in mental health includes years working within an inpatient psychiatric hospital and as a school counselor working with children and adolescents. It has been my joy to work with clients at Restore Counseling Center since 2023.
