I am now accepting clients in California as well as Indiana! I work in a Virtual ONLY practice and I specialize in EMDR for those with substance use disorders, trauma, or a combination of the two. If you are someone who is trying to cope with substance use, trauma, depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, chronic pain/illness, or leaving a high control group. I would be glad to try to help you find another, better way forward. And what that "better way" looks like is up to you. I see therapy as being a very personal and intimate experience for each person tailor my approach to suit each person I see in treatment. EMDR and substance use disorders treatment are my specialities. EMDR is well known for treating PTSD and many other challenges, including problems related to anxiety, autoimmune disease, grief, and family problems and other traumas. I have also been trained in other modalities that I will utilize to assist if that is a better fit for a client.
