I have great respect for the journey that people take as they learn to create their own life and I understand their sharing it with me to be a privilege. The most central ideas in my work stem from using a holistic approach in which I facilitate the concept of mindfulness and acceptance of oneself. I find that using a variety of theories and techniques based on each individual's personality and needs are what has been most effective in working with clients from various backgrounds.
