Currently accepting new individual clients 18 and older, and couples. I love working with all types of clients. I have special passion and experience supporting clients navigating anxiety, grief, stress, the difficult effects of trauma, chronic illness, neurodiversity, intellectual giftedness, life transitions, and spiritual transitions or trauma. I believe that a compassionate, judgment-free, grounded, and trusting therapeutic relationship leads to genuine healing, self-understanding, and growth. In our work, I will meet you right where you are and create a safe, collaborative space to work together for meaningful change.
