As a therapist I have a kind and warm approach to all clients and and I hope to meet you where you currently are at when you enter my office. I want to walk with you on your therapeutic journey and journey of self discovery. I hope as a team we can collaborate. We will work to identify areas for improvement and to challenge each person in order to improve their quality of life, and to live their life to the fullest. I work to help individuals utilize their current strengths to help them find more success in managing stressors, painful emotions, and to navigate through difficult relationships. I am also bilingual in Spanish.
