Even when you try to push the past aside, the pain resurfaces in unexpected ways, reminding you of wounds you never asked for. Deep down, you long for relief – a safe place where your voice is honored, your story is heard, and healing feels possible! I support women healing from childhood sexual abuse, using evidence-based modalities like Trauma-Focused CBT, ACT, Emotionally Focused, and person-centered approaches. Together, we’ll gently process painful experiences, reduce shame, and rebuild trust. You’ll regain your voice, rediscover inner strength, and develop tools to confidently navigate life.
