Meraki Psychological Services was founded with the goal of empowering youth and adults to engage in assessment and therapeutic work that feels meaningful to them. No matter our age, we can all get caught in the cycle of pouring our energy into activities, thoughts, and interactions throughout the day but still end up feeling unfulfilled and drained. School, stress, chronic illness, work, and/ or difficult relationships can all play a role in this experience. We all need a little support sometimes.
