Hello and Welcome! I am Currently Accepting New Clients. I provide a compassionate environment for Teenagers (16+) and Adults needing support with anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, life changes, stress, self-esteem, relationship issues, including emotional and physical abuse. I am LGBTQIA+ allied. My treatment approaches include CBT, DBT, EMDR, Parts Work, Polyvagal Therapy and Somatic Exercises. I also enjoy doing parts work for dissociation. I believe that a trusting relationship is built from being accepted and seen for who we are. You will find that I am nonjudgemental, accepting and compassionate. With that, I develop a feeling of safety, offer validation and encourage empowerment.
