What happens when trauma knocks at your door unexpectedly? What happens when trauma surrounds you and grab a hold of you from a young age? What do you do? Who do you turn to? How do you deal with the trauma of grief, abuse, disappointment, and hopelessness? If you find yourself asking these questions and have not gotten an answer, I am here just for YOU. I am passionate about coming alongside you to help you heal, love, nurture, and reparent the traumatized child on the inside of. I utilize EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing), Parts Work and Attachment Therapy, while always working from a Trauma Responsive Lens.
