Let's be real, the idea of therapy can be overwhelming, intimidating and uncomfortable. You might've even contemplated finding a therapist. But look at you, on my page searching for that person to make you feel at ease to begin this journey. That’s why I pride myself on creating a safe place to feel understood, seen and heard. Sitting in my office, the goal is connection. Picture a judgment free zone. An environment where you can unload. Maybe even leave thinking “she gets me.” My hope is to come alongside and guide you. Trying to navigate life's ups and down can be exhausting when you're doing it alone. That's where I come in.
