If you're in need of support but not sure where to start, I am here to help. I support clients dealing with anxiety, depression or low self-esteem, helping them identify patterns and build healthier ways of thinking and being. With a focus on men who are navigating complex emotional landscapes. Many of my clients struggle with managing emotions like anger or the impact of infidelity, and they come to me seeking a space to explore and process these experiences. I also love working with individuals experiencing grief, whether it’s due to the loss of a loved one, a relationship, or a job. I am trained in Brain Spotting. My clients appreciate that I provide a safe, client-led environment where I offer empathy, directness, and curiosity. Through psychoeducation and pattern recognition, I help them understand what they’re experiencing and empower them to decide how to move forward. Together, we work toward creating meaningful, lasting change.
