I believe that it is important to have an unbiased perspective that can guide you towards the right path. I believe therapy can help people recognize and even discover their strengths. Our semi-structured sessions will provide a space to explore, process, and discover ways to overcome obstacles in your life. The ultimate goal is to foster and internalize the techniques and healthy habits that promote growth, success, and the ability to overcome future challenges on your own. Therapy is a partnership, we will set goals together, but you will decide where we go. I am here to accompany and guide you in your journey.
