In my clinical career I have had the privilege to work with adults in the age range of 20-80 years of age. Some of my areas of focus are depression, anxiety and stress management. My goal is to help people live a healthy a balanced life and be able to cope with the uncertainty of life circumstances while taking initiative in areas they have control.
