My clients generally function well in the world and reach out to me because they are facing a challenge that seems formidable with their current tools. Some of these challenges follow a recurring pattern, some are new; nearly all are overwhelming and my clients feel stuck. My individual clients commonly feel ungrounded, disoriented, lonely, scared, stressed and unsure of how to move forward. My couple clients are commonly experiencing a lack of connection, communication frustrations, and oftentimes one or both partners feel misunderstood or not at all understood by their partner.
