Hello and welcome. In this fast-paced world, I offer a grounded, nonjudgmental space to process and explore life’s transitions, contradictions, and challenges. Together we will identify strategies to help you cope with stress and anxiety, heal from trauma, and increase your emotional awareness. With this awareness comes compassion, for self and others, and new possibilities for healing and growth. You have innate strengths, but might need help to recognize and apply them. Especially in the midst of change and life stressors, it's helpful to pause and take some time to reconnect with ourselves.
