Welcome and glad you are here. I believe that each person has their own unique healing journey and that I am here to support and witness you through the process. Together, we will discover the practices and approaches that best fits you and your needs. I offer a space of deep listening, authenticity, and healing presence, integrating Hakomi Mindful Somatic Psychotherapy and nature-based (Ecotherapy) practices. I am passionate about and skilled in supporting women, caregivers, adolescents, elders, and others in the healing/helping professions. With over 20 years of experience working within different systems as a social worker and therapist, as well as solo-wilderness and silent meditation retreats, I offer insightful practices toward healing. My approach is holistic and evidence-based and integrates mindfulness, embodiment practices, and earth-based wisdom to support my clients.
