I work with teens and adults who carry deep emotional pain, often rooted in early experiences that left parts of them stuck in self-loathing, shame, or cycles of painful rumination. These parts can feel isolated, unheard, or frozen in time, leading to patterns of inner criticism and emotional overwhelm. Together, we gently create space for these wounded parts to be seen, heard, and understood—often for the first time. Using a trauma-informed lens, I help clients build internal safety, reconnect with their innate strengths, and foster self-compassion, allowing for more integrated and empowered ways of being.
