Welcome! I am here to help you work through life's tough transitions and emotional difficulties. I provide an approach based in acceptance, but I also find it important to be direct and give concrete solutions and responses to my clients. I use many different treatment modalities, dependent on what best fits you and your needs. I have specialized training in cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care. I also recently obtained certification in Perinatal Mental Health (PMH-C) as a specialist for women struggling with mood while pregnant through postpartum and beyond.
