I have 20 years of experience as a psychotherapist working with individuals and couples in NYC. I am a non-judgmental, compassionate, and very supportive therapist. I have experience with adults of all ages coping with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, family conflict, life goals, loss, pregnancy and new motherhood, and a variety of other therapeutic issues. I also work with patients who may just need someone on the outside of their daily lives to talk with, in order to be the best version of themselves. I believe that flexibility and drawing from different therapeutic modalities is the best way to create positive changes.
