I earned my B.A. with honors in psychology from Michigan State University, I earned my master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling (CMHC) from Northwestern University. I have defended two theses during my time in graduate school, one centered on the nuances of bipolar disorder misdiagnosis and the other, creating compassionate support systems for caregivers. My focus remains on empowering individuals.
