Welcome! I’m so glad you’re here. I believe every child and adolescent deserves to feel heard, understood, and supported as they navigate life’s challenges. As a therapist, I take a compassionate, patient, and evidence-based approach to care, meeting each child & family where they are. I specialize in working with children and adolescents who may be experiencing anxiety, depression, school refusal, social challenges, and Autism Spectrum Disorder. My work is centered on creating a safe, supportive space where young people can express themselves, build confidence, and develop the skills they need to manage emotions, & relationships.
