Whether you’re working through long-standing challenges or navigating situational trauma, I’m here to support you. I strive to create a warm, empathetic, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel safe showing up as your full self. As a neurodivergent-friendly therapist, I welcome clients who are ready to engage in the real, sometimes uncomfortable, but ultimately rewarding work of therapy.
