You need a safe space to let out your emotions or escape the pressures the world can put on you; a place just for you. Therapy can be that space. Counseling is all about you. I work with individuals of all ages, and specialize in collaborating with those in their teens, young adulthood, and adulthood. Clients are provided with a space where they can express their personal problems or concerns, gain the necessary tools and skill sets to assist in resolving their own issues and foster their own self-awareness.
