Specializing in adult and teen therapy and assessments for neurodivergent folks. I have 18 years of experience in mental health care, and a lifetime of lived experience as a person from communities underserved by the mental health professions. I support and empower people with a range of concerns like adjusting to life transitions, relationship challenges, exploring identity (i.e., race, sexuality, gender), trauma, grief, and navigating the world as a neurodivergent person. I build strong rapport with clients, including those with negative past therapy experiences or are new to therapy. My clients feel truly seen and heard by me.
